The images in this artist's book were created by riddling paper with a 1/2 in. diameter punch. The riddled leaves are layered with other riddled leaves to form a set. Thus a changing series of images is created either by looking through all leaves or by turning the page and looking at the remaining leaves. The book comprises 6 sets of images each with a different number of individual leaves. According to the artist the riddled leaves are a metaphor for lynching during which victims were often riddled with bullets.
