- The George Pope Huguley Collection consists mostly of photographs both of Huguley and others including his family, military colleagues and other acquaintances. Also included are several unidentified photographs. Other materials include certifcates, personal effects, and four original diplomas from the Gordon Institute, Louisville Medical College, and the New York Post-Graduate Medical School.

- Biographical/Historical Note:
- George Pope Huguley was a faculty member of the Atlanta College of Physicians and Surgeons from 1906-1911. Huguley also served as Captain of the U.S. Army Medical Corps during World War I, and was a member of the medical staff of the St. Joseph's Infirmary in Atlanta, now known as the Emory Saint Joseph's Hospital. His professional affiliations include membership in the Fulton County Medical Society and the Medical Association of Georgia.
