- This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the Second Multidisciplinary International Symposium, MISDOOM 2020, originally scheduled to be held in Leiden, The Netherlands, in October 2020. The 18 full papers were carefully reviewed and selected from 23 submissions. The papers deal with the interdisciplinary field of computational social science, and in particular with the automated detection and combat of misinformation using modern techniques from machine learning, text mining, and social network analysis. The conference was held virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
